Director, Sales Operations and Service Sales at HighPoint | This workshop was outstanding. It is one of the best training sessions I have been through in my 20+ year career. Not only was the facilitator knowledgeable about the sales content, process, etc. but was also knowledgeable about the Cisco business model, products, and how partners should interact with Cisco. This insight gave a unique context to the training and made it extremely valuable. The training content was totally on point, while the facilitator had an interactive way of keeping 2 days’ worth of training fresh, interesting, and easy to retain. In addition, I found the training very applicable and relevant to HighPoint, as it remained relevant to our customers as well as driving solutions that we are unaware of with LoB.
