Jason did a great job of connecting with each individual and engaging us through interaction. I have been selling technology for 17 years, and it was very helpful to revisit some basic concepts around cold-calling and customer meetings. It is easy to continue doing what has worked for years, but challenging myself to think differently, and act differently will enhance my interactions with my customers.
